Overview
Treedex is a software-only service that provides hierarchical project management tools. Our service is fully automated and does not involve any human-driven or manual services. All payments for Treedex subscriptions are processed by our merchant of record, Paddle.com.
14-Day Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your payment date. No questions asked.
This refund policy applies to all paid subscription plans and all payments, including initial purchases and renewals.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, you have two options:
- Contact Paddle directly: As our payment processor, Paddle handles all refund requests. You can contact Paddle support through the receipt email you received after your purchase, or visit paddle.com/support.
- Contact us: Email [email protected] with your account email and we will process your refund request through Paddle.
Once a refund is approved, it will be credited to your original payment method. The timing depends on your bank or payment provider, but typically takes 5-10 business days.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period, after which your account will revert to the Free plan. Your data will be preserved and remain accessible.
